These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AffiliHub's affiliate tracking platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf too.

Account Registration & Access

You must provide accurate information during signup. One person, one account - no sharing login credentials across your team. Need multiple users? Upgrade your plan. We'll terminate accounts that violate this without refunds.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Got hacked because you used "password123"? That's on you. Enable two-factor authentication. Seriously.

Platform Usage Guidelines

Our platform tracks affiliate conversions for legitimate casino and iGaming operations. Here's what you can't do:

  • Run affiliate programs in restricted jurisdictions (we check)
  • Track underage users or circumvent age verification systems
  • Manipulate tracking data or forge conversion events
  • Resell platform access without written permission
  • Reverse-engineer our tracking code or fraud detection algorithms

We monitor for suspicious activity. If your conversion patterns look sketchy, we'll investigate. Confirmed fraud = immediate termination + legal action if damages exceed $10,000.

Payment Terms & Refunds

Monthly plans bill on your signup date each month. Annual plans bill once upfront (yes, you save 20%). All payments process automatically through Stripe.

We don't offer refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime, but you keep access until the billing period ends. Downgrading mid-month? New rate applies next billing cycle.

Failed payments pause your account after 3 days. We'll email you twice. After 14 days of non-payment, we delete your data. No exceptions.

Data Handling & Privacy

You own your affiliate data. We process it to provide tracking services. Read our Privacy Policy for specifics - it actually explains what we do with cookies, IP addresses, and conversion data.

We backup your data daily but aren't liable for data loss from your actions (like bulk-deleting campaigns at 2am after too much coffee). Export your data regularly.

Service Availability

We maintain 99.9% uptime, but the internet isn't perfect. Scheduled maintenance happens monthly (we warn you 48 hours ahead). Emergency fixes happen when they need to.

Not liable for revenue loss during outages. Run mission-critical operations? Set up backup tracking through our API webhooks.

Termination Rights

Either party can terminate with 30 days notice. We terminate immediately for fraud, non-payment, or illegal activity. After termination, you get 14 days to export your data before we wipe it.

Changes to Terms

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes get emailed to your account email 30 days before taking effect. Keep using the platform = you accept the new terms.
